An SPO2 Monitor is a devices, which measures the percentage of oxygen saturation in the blood. An SPO2 Monitor also know as a Pulse oximeter is usually clipped on to a fingertip or earlobe.
How do SPO2 monitor work?
A SPO2 Monitor works by shining a light through a person’s fingertip (or earlobe) and calculating how much oxygen is in the blood. A normal reading would usually range from 95-100%.
